Part 1: Preparation of Burger Filling

    Formation of Patties:

    • Separate the ground beef into twelve equal portions. Flatten each portion into a small, thin patty, ensuring that each is slightly larger than the bun to accommodate for shrinkage during cooking.

    Cooking of Patties:

    • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.

    • Place the patties on the heated grill or skillet, cooking them for approximately three to four minutes on each side or until they are thoroughly cooked. In the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to allow it to melt properly.

    Assembly of Toppings:
